This recipe is very simple to prepare and is perfect for sharing with your family and doing something different. I must say it is a bit sweet, but it's always a hit; I’m sharing my recipe, I hope you enjoy it.
In a mixing bowl, place the can of evaporated milk, egg yolks, butter, and sugar. Beat for about 20 minutes if by hand; if using an electric mixer, I recommend checking the consistency, it should look like refried beans.
Add the shredded coconut and chopped walnut. Once mixed evenly, add the vanilla and turn off the mixer.
