Meringue Pops

  • 4 San Juan® egg whites
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • food coloring, pink
  • tablet candies, from the heart

  • Preheat the oven to 80°C.
  • Beat the egg whites from San Juan® with the sugar until you obtain a firm meringue.
  • Gradually add the sugar until fully incorporated, double its volume, and add the pink food coloring.
  • Place the meringue in a piping bag with a star tip.
  • On a sheet of wax paper, make circles of your desired size. Add candies and bake for 2 hours. Let cool.
