Incorporate the Egg Whites into a bowl, add a pinch of salt, and beat them until foamy.
Gradually pour the sugar into the meringue and continue beating. Stop beating once the egg whites form peaks (turrón points).
Slowly add the powdered sugar and cornstarch to the meringue and gently fold with a spatula.
On wax paper, draw a circle of 26 centimeters, cut it out, and place it on a greased mold.
With the pastry bag, fill the circle starting from the center towards the edges. The thickness of the meringue should be 1 centimeter.
Preheat the oven to 150 degrees; once you place the meringue inside, reduce the temperature to 100 degrees and bake for an hour and a half.
Once the meringue is cool, carefully remove the wax paper. Repeat the previous steps until you have three meringue discs.
Place a meringue circle as the base and pour some whipped cream and fruit on top. Repeat this step with the remaining meringues.
Sprinkle powdered sugar on it.
