A rich dessert for children; the delicious raspberry meringues that will not be able to resist. They are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside and have a rich balanced flavor. You have to try them!

9 tablespoons sugar
1/2 tablespoons baking powder
1 1/2 tablespoons sugar flower
1/4 kilos vanilla ice cream
125 grams raspberries
icing sugar
3 egg whites

Separate the egg whites and beat them until the consistency is like meringue.
Add the sugar and when it has a hard consistency add sugar flower and baking powder.
Put the meringues on aluminum foil using a plastic bag with a small hole and form small raised circles with a hole in the middle.
Sprinkle some sugar flower up and bake for an hour.
Let cool.
In each dish put a meringue in the hole put a ball of vanilla ice cream and garnish with raspberries.
Sprinkle with sugar.
