Raspberry Meringue

A delicious dessert for kids; the delightful raspberry meringues they won't be able to resist. They are crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, with a rich balanced flavor. You have to try them!

  • 9 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 tablespoons baking powder
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar flower
  • 1/4 kilos vanilla ice cream
  • 125 grams raspberries
  • icing sugar
  • 3 egg whites

  • Separate the egg whites and beat them until they reach a meringue-like consistency.
  • Add the sugar, and when it has a firm consistency, add the powdered sugar and baking powder.
  • Place the meringues on aluminum foil using a plastic bag with a small hole to form small raised circles with a hole in the middle.
  • Sprinkle a little powdered sugar on top and bake for one hour.
  • Let cool.
  • On each plate, place a meringue, put a scoop of vanilla ice cream in the hole, and decorate with raspberries.
  • Sprinkle with sugar.
