Then separate the yolks from the whites, beat the yolks, and gradually add them to the milk, being careful not to curdle. Beat the egg whites until they form stiff peaks, like meringue.
Add sugar to the milk and cinnamon to taste. Continue stirring the mixture.
Remove the milk from the heat, place it in a rectangular dish, or if preferred, in individual cups. Then, add meringue on top of the milk. And that's it, you will achieve a beautiful presentation of your Snow Milk.
