Mexican Cocadas

  • 400 grams shredded coconut
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 cup McCormick® Jam Flavors of Mexico Strawberry and Mango
  • Yellow dye, McCormick®

  • Using a spatula, combine the shredded coconut, egg yolks, and McCormick® Sabores de México Strawberry and Mango Jam.
  • Add yellow food coloring and finish mixing.
  • On a baking sheet lined with wax paper, use a 3 cm diameter ring to place and compact the mixture. Repeat the process until the mixture is finished.
  • Bake the Mexican cocadas at 180 °C for 45 minutes.
