Milk Mosaic Gelatin

  • 1 envelope pineapple gelatin, 120 g
  • 2 cups water, hot, 500 ml
  • 1 envelope gelatin, blueberry, 120 g
  • 2 cups water, hot, 500 ml
  • 1 envelope lime gelatin, 120 g
  • 2 cups water, hot, 500 ml
  • 1 envelope strawberry gelatin, 120 g
  • 2 cups water, hot, 500 ml
  • cooking spray, to grease the mold
  • 1 1/2 cups whole milk, 375 ml
  • 1 1/2 cups evaporated milk, 375 ml
  • 1 1/2 cups condensed milk, 375 ml
  • 5 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, dissolved, 35 g

  • In a baking dish, add the pineapple-flavored gelatin and hot water, mix, and refrigerate until set. Repeat the process with the blueberry, lemon, and strawberry gelatin.
  • With the help of a knife and your hands, carefully unmold each of the gelatins.
  • Place on a board and cut into cubes.
  • Grease another mold with a little bit of cooking spray.
  • Fill with the colored cubes until reaching the edge.
  • For the milk gelatin, add whole milk, evaporated milk, condensed milk, and dissolved gelatin to a pitcher. Mix thoroughly and pour into the gelatin mold until filled and covering the cubes.
  • Refrigerate until set.
  • Unmold and enjoy.
