Learn how to prepare this classic colorful mosaic gelatin step by step; The best thing about this recipe is that it is very inexpensive and easy to make. Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1 on pineapple jelly, 120 g
  • 2 cups Water, hot, 500 ml
  • 1 on jelly, blueberry, 120 g
  • 2 cups Water, hot, 500 ml
  • 1 on lemon jelly, 120 g
  • 2 cups Water, hot, 500 ml
  • 1 on strawberry jelly, 120 g
  • 2 cups Water, hot, 500 ml
  • enough spray oil, to grease the mold
  • 1 1/2 cups whole milk, 375 ml
  • 1 1/2 cups evaporated milk, 375 ml
  • 1 1/2 cups condensed milk, 375 ml
  • 5 envelopes gelatin, melted, 35 g

Preparation

In a refractory add the pineapple-flavored gelatin and hot water, mix and refrigerate until set. Repeat the process with the blueberry, lemon, and strawberry gelatin.
With the help of a knife and your hands, remove each of the jellies carefully.
Place on a board and cut into cubes.
Grease another mold with a little cooking spray.
Fill with the colored cubes until you reach the edge.
For the milk gelatin, add the whole milk, the evaporated milk, the condensed milk and the melted gelatin to a jug. Mix perfectly and add to the gelatin mold until the mold is filled and the cubes are covered.
Refrigerate until set.
Unmold and enjoy.

PRESENTATION

Carefully unmold and serve a slice on a small plate.

TIPS

For a faster setting, we suggest you put it in the freezer for 15 minutes and then go to the refrigerator.
