  • 230 milliliters water
  • 50 grams butter
  • 1/4 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 125 grams wheat flour
  • 2 eggs
  • vegetable oil
  • 100 grams sugar, for sprinkling
  • 5 grams cinnamon powder, for sprinkling
  • 120 milliliters whipping cream, for chocolate sauce
  • 150 grams bittersweet chocolate, for chocolate sauce

  • In a pot over low heat, place water, butter, salt, sugar and mix until it boils.
  • Add the flour mixture and remove from heat.
  • Add the eggs one by one, mix.
  • Place the mixture in a piping bag.
  • In a skillet, place oil until hot.
  • With the help of scissors, carefully pour the mixture to form the churros.
  • When the churros are golden, remove them from the oil and place on paper towels.
  • On a flat plate, mix the sugar and cinnamon.
  • Coat the churros in the sugar and cinnamon mixture.
  • For the sauce: In a bowl, place the heavy cream and chocolate. Melt in the microwave for 30 seconds.
