230 milliliters water
50 grams butter
1/4 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon sugar
125 grams wheat flour
2 eggs
vegetable oil
100 grams sugar, for sprinkling
5 grams cinnamon powder, for sprinkling
120 milliliters whipping cream, for chocolate sauce
150 grams bittersweet chocolate, for chocolate sauce

In a pot over low heat, place water, butter, salt, sugar and mix until it boils.
Add the flour mixture and remove from heat.
Add the eggs one by one, mix.
Place the mixture in a piping bag.
In a skillet, place oil until hot.
With the help of scissors, carefully pour the mixture to form the churros.
When the churros are golden, remove them from the oil and place on paper towels.
On a flat plate, mix the sugar and cinnamon.
Coat the churros in the sugar and cinnamon mixture.
For the sauce: In a bowl, place the heavy cream and chocolate. Melt in the microwave for 30 seconds.
