Mini sweetened churros accompanied by a chocolate sauce, a delicious dessert and perfect for any time in the company of your family and friends. Do them and surprise them.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 230 milliliters Water
  • 50 grams butter
  • 1/4 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 125 grams wheat flour
  • 2 eggs
  • enough oil
  • 100 grams sugar, to sprinkle
  • 5 grams cinnamon powder, to sprinkle
  • 120 milliliters whipping cream, for chocolate sauce
  • 150 grams bitter chocolate, for chocolate sauce

Preparation

Place water, butter, salt, sugar and mixture in a saucepan until it boils.
Add the flour mixture and remove from heat.
Add the eggs one by one, mix.
Place the mixture in a bag with duya.
Place oil in a pan, until hot.
With the help of scissors, pour the mixture carefully forming the churros.
When the churros are golden, remove them from the oil and place on absorbent paper.
In an extended dish mix sugar and cinnamon.
Stir the churros in the mixture of sugar and cinnamon.
For the sauce: In a bowl put the whipping cream and the chocolate. Melt in the microwave for 30 seconds.

PRESENTATION

Place the churros on a plate and the chocolate sauce in a casserole dish.

TIPS

The oil has to be super hot to fry the churros. (Do it carefully) To melt the chocolate, do it for fractions of 10 seconds so it does not burn.
