Mini Creamy Fruit and Granola Tarts

Delicious healthy mini tarts with a sweet granola base, creamy yogurt mousse topping, Reddi Wip® with red fruits, and pieces of raspberry, blackberry, and fig. If you're looking for a healthy dessert that you can make super quickly, we invite you to try this fabulous recipe.

  • 1/2 cups sugar, for the base
  • 1/4 cups agave syrup
  • 1/4 cups water
  • 1 cup granola
  • 1 cup light yogurt
  • 1/2 cups strawberries
  • 1/4 cups artificial sweetener
  • 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, (7 g each), hydrated in water and melted
  • 1/4 cups fig, cut into small cubes
  • 1/4 cups strawberries, cut into small cubes
  • 1/4 cups blueberries
  • 1 Reddi Wip® orignal, (425 g) for the mousse and for decoration
  • 3 figs, cut into eighths, for decoration

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat, add the sugar, agave honey, and water. Cook for 5 minutes until it forms a caramel. Add the granola all at once and mix well.
  • Add the granola mixture to some base cups, press with a spoon to flatten. Let cool and set aside.
  • In the blender, add the yogurt, strawberries, sugar substitute, and gelatin. Blend until you have a smooth mixture, quickly serve in a bowl and mix with a whisk the Reddi Wip® Original.
  • Serve the mixture in the cups over the granola, add a few figs, strawberries, and blueberries on top. Freeze for 20 minutes to set.
  • Add Reddi Wip® Original for decoration and finish with a slice of fig, serve and enjoy.
