Preparation
Heat a skillet over medium heat, add sugar, agave syrup and water. Cook 5 minutes to form a caramel. Add the granola and mix well.
Add the granola mixture to base cups, press with a spoon to flatten. Let cool and reserve.
In the blender add the yoghurt, the strawberries, the sugar substitute and the greenery. Blend until a homogenous mixture is obtained, serve in a bowl quickly and mix with a balloon whisk the Reddi Wip® Original.
Serve the mixture in the pots over the granola and add a few figs, strawberries and blueberry on top. Freeze 20 minutes, to set.
Add Reddi Wip® Original to decorate and finish with a fig blade served and enjoyed.
