Rich healthy tartlets with a base of sweet granola, creamy cover of yoghurt mousse, Reddi Wip® with red fruits and bits of raspberry, blackberry and fig. If you are looking for a healthy dessert that you can do very quickly, we invite you to try this fabulous recipe.

Ingredients

10 servings
  • 1/2 Cup of sugar for the base
  • 1/4 of Cup of agave honey
  • 1/4 of Cup of Water
  • 1 Cup of granola
  • 1 Cup of light yoghurt
  • 1/2 Cup of Strawberry
  • 1/4 of Cup of Sugar substitute
  • 2 envelopes of unflavored gelatin (7 gc / u), hydrated in water and melted
  • 1/4 of Cup of FIG cut into small cubes
  • 1/4 of Cup of Strawberry cut into small cubes
  • 1/4 of Cup of blueberry
  • 1 piece of Reddi Wip® Orignal (425 g) for the mousse and to decorate
  • 3 pieces of FIG cut in eighths, to decorate

    Preparation

    Heat a skillet over medium heat, add sugar, agave syrup and water. Cook 5 minutes to form a caramel. Add the granola and mix well.
    Add the granola mixture to base cups, press with a spoon to flatten. Let cool and reserve.
    In the blender add the yoghurt, the strawberries, the sugar substitute and the greenery. Blend until a homogenous mixture is obtained, serve in a bowl quickly and mix with a balloon whisk the Reddi Wip® Original.
    Serve the mixture in the pots over the granola and add a few figs, strawberries and blueberry on top. Freeze 20 minutes, to set.
    Add Reddi Wip® Original to decorate and finish with a fig blade served and enjoyed.

    PRESENTATION

    Crown with Reddi Wip® Original cold.

    TIPS

    Add the grenetina in the form of thread to the blender to avoid lumps.
