  • On a flat surface, mix the flour, yeast, milk, sugar, salt, and eggs and knead until you have a uniform consistency; add the butter and knead again for another 15 minutes or until the mixture is smooth.
  • Place the dough in a previously greased bowl and cover with a damp cloth. Let it rest for 1 hour or until it doubles in size.
  • On a floured surface, roll out the dough to 1 cm thick and once rolled out, let it rest on the table for 10 minutes before cutting. Use lids or pastry rings to cut, one smaller than the other, to shape them into donuts.
  • In a small pot over low heat, heat the oil and fry the donuts for about 5 minutes, remember to turn them to cook both sides. When they are golden brown, remove some donuts from the oil and drain them on absorbent paper to remove excess fat.
  • For the other donuts, instead of draining them, place them directly on a plate with sugar and cinnamon, and coat them completely with the mixture on both sides.
  • Cover the donuts that you did drain on absorbent paper with melted chocolate and others with glaze and colored sprinkles. Let them dry.
  • Insert a stick into each donut so that they look like popsicles.
  • Place them on a base and enjoy.
