Ingredients: 4 cups wheat flour; 10 grams dry yeast, 1 envelope; 3/4 cups milk; 3/4 cups granulated sugar; 1/2 teaspoons salt; 3 eggs; 1/4 cups butter; wheat flour, for rolling out; vegetable oil, to fry the donuts; 1/2 cups sugar, with cinnamon, to cover the donuts; 1 cup chocolate, semi-sweet, melted, on a flat plate to cover the donuts; 1 cup icing, on a flat plate to cover the donuts; 1/2 cups rainbow sprinkles, on a flat plate to cover the donuts

On a flat surface, mix the flour, yeast, milk, sugar, salt, and eggs and knead until you have a uniform consistency; add the butter and knead again for another 15 minutes or until the mixture is smooth. Place the dough in a previously greased bowl and cover with a damp cloth. Let it rest for 1 hour or until it doubles in size.
