1 cup Strawberry ice cream, for frozen cheesecake
1/4 cups strawberries, for frozen cheesecake
1/4 cups condensed milk, for frozen cheesecake
2 cups milk chocolate, melted

In a food processor, process the cookies with the butter until you get a crumbly mixture.
Place the mixture in a mold lined with parchment paper and flatten to form the base, set aside in the refrigerator.
In a bowl, beat the cream cheese and add the ice cream, then add the strawberries and condensed milk. Beat until you have a homogeneous mixture. Pour over the cookie base and freeze.
Remove the preparation from the freezer and cut into small cubes, completely cover with chocolate and refrigerate again until the chocolate is solid. Share and enjoy.
