Mini Ice Cream Cheesecakes with Chocolate

Dessert is the most delicious part of a complete meal, which is why you should prepare these mini sweet temptations made from a frozen strawberry cheesecake, with a base of chocolate chip cookies, dipped in milk chocolate, they are ideal.

  • 1 cup chocolate chip cookie, for the base
  • 1/2 cups butter, melted, for the base
  • 2 cream cheese, for frozen cheesecake (190 g each)
  • 1 cup Strawberry ice cream, for frozen cheesecake
  • 1/4 cups strawberries, for frozen cheesecake
  • 1/4 cups condensed milk, for frozen cheesecake
  • 2 cups milk chocolate, melted

  • In a food processor, process the cookies with the butter until you get a crumbly mixture.
  • Place the mixture in a mold lined with parchment paper and flatten to form the base, set aside in the refrigerator.
  • In a bowl, beat the cream cheese and add the ice cream, then add the strawberries and condensed milk. Beat until you have a homogeneous mixture. Pour over the cookie base and freeze.
  • Remove the preparation from the freezer and cut into small cubes, completely cover with chocolate and refrigerate again until the chocolate is solid. Share and enjoy.
