Mini Lemon Carlota

The traditional Lemon Carlota but in mini version will be the best option for your guests to enjoy a delicious dessert at the next gathering.

  • 1 package Chantilly® cream cheese, at room temperature, 190 g
  • 1/3 cups Chantilly® condensed milk
  • 1 cup Chantilly® whipped cream
  • 1/4 cups lime juice
  • 1 package lime cookies, 105 g
  • chantilly cream, for decoration
  • lime, sliced, for decoration

  • Beat the Chantilly® cream cheese until smooth, add the condensed milk and the Chantilly® cream, add the lemon juice and mix.
  • Arrange the lemon cookies in small cups, cover with a bit of the previous mixture, add another cookie and more cream. Refrigerate until it sets.
  • Remove from the refrigerator and decorate with Chantilly® cream and a slice of lemon.
