Mini Vanilla and Strawberry Tarts

These mini vanilla tarts are perfect for when you invite a lot of people because they are individual portions, making them much more practical and original. Their fresh, colorful, and creamy flavor will be a hit. And the best part is that if you don't like vanilla ice cream, you can replace it with your favorite flavor.

  • 1 1/2 cups oats
  • 1/4 cups apple purée
  • 2 tablespoons Primavera® Cook Without Salt margarine
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 8 balls Holanda® vanilla ice cream, to serve
  • 1 cup strawberries, slice

  • Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Combine the oats, applesauce, Margarina Primavera Chantilly®, chia, and cinnamon. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes.
  • Divide the mixture into a mini muffin pan (previously greased) and press with your fingers to form the bases of the tarts.
  • Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until they are crispy and golden; let cool slightly and unmold.
  • Assemble the tarts by filling them with Helado Holanda® Vanilla and decorate with strawberries and serve.
