1/2 cups strawberry , sliced
1/3 cups raspberries
2 apricots, finely chopped dried
1 prunes, finely chopped
1 peach, sliced
1 kiwi, peeled and chopped
1 pear, small chopped
1/4 cups orange juice, natural
1 pinch ground ginger

Mix all the fruit in a large bowl.
In another small bowl, mix the orange juice and ginger. Pour the mixture over the fruit and stir. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
Heat the fruit compote slightly just before serving.
