Mixed Fruit Compote

Delicious recipe for a healthy dessert for the whole family and very good source of vitamin C and iron.

  • 1/2 cups strawberries, cut
  • 1/3 cups raspberries
  • 2 apricots, dehydrated finely chopped
  • 1 prunes, finely chopped
  • 1 peach, chopped up
  • 1 kiwi, cut and peeled
  • 1 pear, chopped girl
  • 1/4 cups orange juice, natural
  • 1 pinch ground ginger

  • Mix all the fruit in a large bowl.
  • In another small bowl mix the orange juice and the ginger. Pour the mixture over the fruit and mix. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
  • Heat the compote a little just before serving.
