1/2 cups strawberries, cut
1/3 cups raspberries
2 apricots, dehydrated finely chopped
1 prunes, finely chopped
1 peach, chopped up
1 kiwi, cut and peeled
1 pear, chopped girl
1/4 cups orange juice, natural
1 pinch ground ginger
Preparation

Mix all the fruit in a large bowl.
In another small bowl mix the orange juice and the ginger. Pour the mixture over the fruit and mix. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
Heat the compote a little just before serving.
