Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1/2 cups strawberry, cut
  • 1/3 cups raspberry
  • 2 apricot, dehydrated finely chopped
  • 1 prune, finely chopped
  • 1 peach, chopped up
  • 1 Kiwi, cut and peeled
  • 1 pear, chopped girl
  • 1/4 cups orange juice, natural
  • 1 pinch Ground ginger

Preparation

Mix all the fruit in a large bowl.
In another small bowl mix the orange juice and the ginger. Pour the mixture over the fruit and mix. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
Heat the compote a little just before serving.

TIPS

You can add a touch of mint to add freshness to this dish.
