  • Place the flour on a flat surface to form a volcano with your hands. Then add the Domino® Brown Sugar, salt, dry yeast, egg, and gradually pour in the milk; mix with your hands. Once everything is mixed, flatten a little with your hands, then add the butter in the center and mix and knead for 15 minutes or until you achieve a homogeneous and smooth mixture.
  • Place the dough in a greased bowl with cooking spray, cover with plastic wrap, and let it rest for 1 hour at room temperature or until the dough rises and doubles in size.
  • Once the dough has rested enough, roll it out on a floured surface to a thickness of 1 cm with a rolling pin. Cut the donuts with a cutter or a ring of 6 cm in diameter and then use a piping tip, cap, or a smaller cutter to make the center of the donut. Transfer the donuts to a tray and let them rest again for 10 minutes (always covered with plastic or a slightly damp cloth).
  • Fry the donut in enough hot vegetable oil over medium-low heat on both sides for about 6 minutes. Drain and set aside. Do the same with the donut centers to create spheres.
  • For the topping: Mix Domino® Brown Sugar with cocoa powder and vanilla cookie in a bowl until you have a homogeneous mixture.
  • Decorate your donuts. For the white chocolate donuts: Cover the donuts with white chocolate, dipping them only halfway, place them on a rack, and let them rest until the chocolate hardens. Do the same with the donut centers, but use melted white chocolate colored with 6 drops of green or orange food coloring (remember you can always add more coloring if you wish). Let dry. For the mocha donuts: Cover the donuts with whipped vegetable cream, but only halfway. You can use a spatula or your clean hands, then dip them in the cookie and brown sugar mixture. Reserve.
  • Finish your donuts by having fun; here are 3 options: For the white chocolate donuts shaped like eyes: Place the strawberry syrup in a piping bag and make a very small cut with scissors; create irregular lines around the donut to simulate eye irritation. Then place the center of the donut painted orange and on top of it, a dot of black fondant to simulate the pupil. For the mocha donuts shaped like eyes: Cover your mocha donut with fondant eyes of different sizes. For the mocha donuts shaped like monsters: Place the teeth with white chocolate chips using royal icing, add the eyes with fondant and the blood with strawberry syrup; you can also include chocolate spiders. You will love them!
