Mousse cake

Delicious dessert with a crunchy base of cookies and a very frothy chocolate mousse on top.

  • 200 grams chocolate cookies, Chocolinas or Peanuts
  • 100 grams butter, melted
  • 1 box instant chocolate mousse
  • 1 liter cow's milk
  • 50 grams cherries
  • 100 grams almonds
  • 4 tablespoons cocoa powder

  • Grind the cookies with a rolling pin to form a cookie flour.
  • Melt the butter in the microwave for 2 minutes.
  • Place the ground cookies in a bowl and add the melted butter to them and mix. If a dough does not form, add a splash of milk.
  • Cover the entire base and sides of the cake tin with this dough.
  • Pour the contents of the mousse box into a container and add the liter of milk a little at a time and beat with a mixer for 10 minutes. The mousse can also be prepared at home with some of the delicious kiwilimón mousse recipes.
  • Spread the mousse over the cookie dough and lightly color the cherries and almonds on top, decorating with fun motifs.
  • Finally: Sprinkle with cocoa powder and take it to the frizzer for a long time and take it out 30 minutes before serving it to feel the creaminess of the mousse when eating it and that it is not frozen.
