1 box instant chocolate mousse
1 liter cow's milk
50 grams cherry
100 grams almonds
4 tablespoons cocoa powder

Crush the cookies with a rolling pin until they form a cookie flour.
Melt the butter in the microwave for 2 minutes.
Place the crushed cookies in a bowl and add the melted butter, then mix. If it doesn't form a dough, add a splash of milk.
With that dough, cover the entire base and the sides of a 28 cm diameter tart pan.
Pour the contents of the mousse box into a container and gradually add the liter of milk, beating with a mixer for 10 minutes.

Spread the mousse over the cookie base and gently place the cherries and almonds on top, decorating with fun designs.
Finally: Sprinkle with cocoa powder and put it in the freezer for a long time, then take it out 30 minutes before serving to enjoy the creaminess of the mousse when eating it and to ensure it’s not frozen.
