Ingredients

8 portions
  • 200 grams chocolate cookie, Chocolinas or Peanuts
  • 100 grams butter, melted
  • 1 box instant chocolate mousse
  • 1 liter milk
  • 50 grams cherry
  • 100 grams almond
  • 4 tablespoons cocoa powder

Preparation

Grind the cookies with a rolling pin to form a cookie flour.
Melt the butter in the microwave for 2 minutes.
Place the ground cookies in a bowl and add the melted butter to them and mix. If a dough does not form, add a splash of milk.
Cover the entire base and sides of the cake tin with this dough.
Pour the contents of the mousse box into a container and add the liter of milk a little at a time and beat with a mixer for 10 minutes. The mousse can also be prepared at home with some of the delicious kiwilimón mousse recipes.
