Blueberry and Walnut Muffins

Delicious muffins filled with the flavor of berries and a hint of walnut; that will fill your palate with sweetness on those coffee afternoons or to enjoy them on their own.

  • 200 grams butter
  • 240 milliliters cow's milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 250 grams flour
  • 20 grams yeast
  • 280 grams brown sugar
  • 250 grams walnuts, chopped
  • 350 grams cranberries
  • 1/2 teaspoons vanilla essence
  • 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 pinch salt

  • First, we wash the blueberries well and let them rest in a bowl.
  • Mix the melted butter, milk, and half of the sugar, then add the flour, eggs, the rest of the sugar, baking powder, vanilla extract, and cinnamon, and stir everything without leaving lumps.
  • Then we add the blueberries and walnuts and stir; to fill the muffin molds with this mixture.
  • We sprinkle a little sugar and cinnamon on top and put them in the oven at about 190ºC for 25 minutes.
