100 grams artificial sweetener
85 grams glucose syrup
110 grams honey
1 tablespoon vanilla essence
3 eggs
120 milliliters whipping cream
450 grams whole-wheat flour
6 grams baking powder
40 grams cornstarch
1 tablespoon salt
12 tablespoons cajeta

Beat the butter together with the sugar. Add the glucose, honey, vanilla, and eggs. Beat until well combined and then add the cream.
Sift and mix the flour together with the baking powder, cornstarch, and salt. Incorporate into the butter mixture and mix.
Place 1/3 of the mixture in muffin molds. Fill with cajeta and cover with more batter. Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 15 minutes.
