In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Separately, in a small bowl, beat the eggs together with the milk, melted butter, and vanilla.
Add the mixture of liquid ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing and beating well with a hand mixer.
Place the batter in the muffin molds. Do not fill the cups more than 3/4 full; otherwise, your muffins will not have the desired presentation.
Bake for 20 minutes in the oven. After this time, let them cool for about 10 minutes.
