1 cup oats
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoons Great Value® plain salt
2 eggs
3/4 cups Extra Special® Greek-style yogurt with honey
1/2 cups Great Value® Sugar
1/4 cups Great Value® whole milk
2 teaspoons vanilla essence
1 cup carrot, grated

Preheat the oven to 180°C.
In a bowl, combine the flour with the oats, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Set aside.
Beat the eggs until they double in size and add the Extra Special® Greek Style Yogurt with Honey and the Sugar.
While continuing to beat, add the milk, vanilla, and carrots. Finally, gradually add the dry ingredients and keep beating until fully combined.
Pour the mixture into a cupcake mold with liners or previously greased and floured.
Bake for about 20 minutes or until cooked through. Remove from the oven, cool, and unmold. Buy HERE
