As if you were cooking your own mini volcanoes, having a cake-like consistency on the outside but with a gooey chocolate center. This decadent version will definitely satisfy your chocolate craving for a long time.
Freeze the Lindt chocolates the night before and leave them until they are to be used.
Preheat the oven to 200°C. In a bowl, place the butter sticks with the 200 grams bar and melt in a double boiler, stirring constantly until it reaches a thick and silky texture.
In another bowl, add the whole eggs, the yolks, the sugar, the flour, and the salt and mix with the mixer.
Incorporate the melted chocolate.
Add muffin papers to the muffin pan. Add the prepared mixture halfway up the paper and one frozen Lindt® chocolate in the center.
Finish filling the muffin with the remaining prepared mixture. Place them in the oven at 200°C and cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
