As if you cook your own mini volcanoes, having a cake consistency on the outside, but with a melted chocolaty center. Definitely this decadent version, will fill your chocolate craving for a good time.

Ingredients

  • 10 chocolates red Lindt
  • 2 sticks of unsalted butter
  • 200 grams of bittersweet chocolate
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 1/2 Cup of sugar
  • 1/2 Cup of flour
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of Salt
  • 1 teaspoonful of baking powder

    Preparation

    Freeze the Lindt chocolates the night before and leave them until they are ready to be used.
    The oven is preheated to 200 ° C. In a bowl, place the butter bars with the 200 g bar and melt in a bain-marie, stirring constantly until it takes a thick and silky texture.
    In another bowl, add the whole eggs, the yolks, the sugar, the flour and the salt and mix with the blender . The melted chocolate is incorporated.
    Muffin papers are added in the muffin pan. Add the prepared mixture to half the paper and a frozen Lindt® chocolate in the center.
    Finish filling the muffin with the rest of the prepared mixture. Bake at 200 ° C and cook for 10 to 15 minutes.

    PRESENTATION

    As suggested in the photo, you can sprinkle with coconut and a little melted chocolate on top, although inside the chocolate will sprout when serving hot.

    TIPS

    This muffin is served warm because the center of chocolate must come out melted. When baking, make sure that Lindt chocolate does not start to come to the surface of the muffin. If this happens, it is that time has passed
