Cream and Chocolate Muffins

This recipe is one of my favorites, perfect for an event, my mother taught it to me, it is filled with chocolate and the decoration is very sophisticated and delicious.

  • 200 grams butter, at room temperature
  • 240 grams sugar
  • 300 grams flour, sifted
  • 1 envelope yeast
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

  • In a large bowl, we mix the butter with the sugar and vanilla essence, add the eggs and beat well. We add the flour and mix well until we obtain a dough.
  • We fill the muffin cups up to 3/4 with the batter we made. We place it in the preheated oven at 180ºC for 20-25 minutes.
  • When we take them out of the oven, it is important to remove them from the mold and let the muffins cool on a rack to allow air circulation. Once cool, we make a hole as shown in the picture and keep the extracted piece.
