This recipe is one of my favorites, special for an event, my mother taught it to me, it is composed with chocolate filling and the decoration is very sophisticated and delicious.

Ingredients

12 portions
  • 200 grams butter, at room temperature
  • 240 grams sugar
  • 300 grams flour, sifted
  • 1 on yeast
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

Preparation

In a large bowl we mix the butter with the sugar and vanilla essence, add the eggs and beat well. Add the flour and mix well to obtain a dough.
Fill the muffin capsules up to 3/4 with the dough we have made. We put it in the preheated oven at 180ºC for 20-25 minutes.
When we remove them from the oven, it is important to remove them from the mold and let the muffins cool in a rack so that they are aerated. Once cold we make a hole to them as it is seen in the photo and we keep the extracted piece.

PRESENTATION

Decorate with a plum or strawberry covered in jam to taste.

TIPS

Fill with the cream we have prepared before and cover with a little melted chocolate and sprinkles to taste.
