In a large bowl, we mix the butter with the sugar and vanilla essence, add the eggs and beat well. We add the flour and mix well until we obtain a dough. We fill the muffin cups up to 3/4 with the batter we made. We place it in the preheated oven at 180ºC for 20-25 minutes.
