Homemade Vanilla and Chocolate Muffins

It is a homemade recipe that has been passed down through generations in my family. It is a perfect recipe for breakfast or snack accompanied by a nice coffee or a glass of milk.

  • 2 cups flour
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 cup Gamesa® pancake mix
  • 3/4 cups sugar
  • 3/4 cups vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla essence
  • 2 tablespoons baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon baking soda
  • 1 cup cow's milk
  • 3/4 cups cocoa

  • Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
  • Sift the flour with the cocoa, baking powder, and baking soda and set it aside.
  • In a bowl, add the eggs, sugar, oil, vanilla, and mix very well.
  • Add the flour and milk to the previous mixture and beat well until it becomes a homogeneous mixture.
  • Place the mixture in the muffin liners.
  • Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
