Homemade Vanilla and Chocolate Muffins

It is a homemade recipe that has been passed down through generations in my family. It is a perfect recipe for breakfast or snack accompanied by a nice coffee or a glass of milk.

5 eggs
1 cup Gamesa® pancake mix
3/4 cups sugar
3/4 cups vegetable oil
2 tablespoons vanilla essence
2 tablespoons baking powder
1 tablespoon baking soda
1 cup cow's milk
3/4 cups cocoa

Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
Sift the flour with the cocoa, baking powder, and baking soda and set it aside.
In a bowl, add the eggs, sugar, oil, vanilla, and mix very well.
Add the flour and milk to the previous mixture and beat well until it becomes a homogeneous mixture.
Place the mixture in the muffin liners.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
