It is a homemade recipe that has passed for generations in my family. It is a perfect recipe for breakfast or snack accompanied by a delicious coffee or a glass of milk.

Ingredients

20 portions
  • 2 cups flour
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 cup Flour for Gamesa® Hot Cakes
  • 3/4 cups sugar
  • 3/4 cups oil
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon baking soda
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3/4 cups cocoa

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
Sift the flour with the cocoa, the baking powder and the baking soda and leave it aside.
In a bowl add the eggs, sugar, oil, vanilla and mix well.
Add the flour and milk to the previous mixture and beat well until there is a homogeneous mixture.
Place the mixture in the layers.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes.

PRESENTATION

To have a better dish, decorate with bitumen of your choice and decorate with colored granules or chocolate muffin.

TIPS

If you only want vanilla muffins, do not add cocoa.
