Whenever I go to Starbucks, I feel like ordering a muffin, but one day I said I need to make them at home and voilà, here they are juicy and tasty, for chocolate lovers.

Servings
  • 230 grams wheat flour
  • 50 grams unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 1 envelope yeast
  • 2 yogurt, natural Greek type
  • 80 grams sunflower oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons whole milk
  • 100 grams chocolate chips
  • 50 grams chocolate chips, for decorating
Preparation

Medium
  • Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
  • In a bowl, mix the flour, cocoa, baking powder, and sugar and mix well; in another bowl, in my case, the stand mixer bowl, add the eggs, oil, and yogurts, and beat for 1 minute on medium speed. Next, add the bowl with the dry mixture and beat again for 1 minute on medium speed. Once everything is well mixed, add the chocolate chips, and using a spatula, mix them well.
  • Using a spoon or ice cream scoop, place a bit of the batter into the muffin liners, with the help of a muffin pan, so they stay upright and don’t spill. Add some chips to decorate the top. Place in the oven for 25 minutes, and after that time, insert a toothpick or knife; if it comes out clean, they are done.. Remove from the oven and let cool on a rack.
