Our family loves corn bread, and I have been making variations in substitutes and quantities until I obtained the following recipe that brings us together as a family, and from the moment it starts baking, we begin to enjoy it.
In the blender, mix 3 large corn kernels, one and a half teaspoons of baking powder, 3 eggs, 3 tablespoons of flour, and half a can of Nestlé milk, with 125 grams of melted butter.
Grease and flour muffin molds and fill them 3/4 full with the mixture. Repeat the blender operation with the remaining ingredients.
They are baked for 45 minutes.
