Dark Chocolate Muffins

Delicious chocolate mixture that is perfect in a fluffy muffin that everyone will love. Perfect to accompany with a glass of milk, a cup of coffee, or your drink of choice.

  • 115 grams butter, into small pieces
  • 150 grams bittersweet chocolate, into small pieces
  • 325 grams flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 125 grams brown sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 180 milliliters cow's milk
  • 20 grams dark chocolate chips

  • Preheat the oven to 180º. Prepare the muffin or cupcake liners.
  • In a large saucepan, melt the chopped dark chocolate together with the butter.
  • Remove from heat and let cool. Add the sugar and mix. Incorporate the eggs and beat again.
  • Finally, over the bowl, sift together all the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, and baking soda. Stir them well and add the milk. Add the chocolate chips and mix with a spatula until everything is well integrated.
  • Divide the batter into the liners, filling them 3/4 full. Bake for about 25 minutes.
  • Let cool on a wire rack.
