150 grams bittersweet chocolate, into small pieces
325 grams flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
125 grams brown sugar
3 eggs
180 milliliters cow's milk
20 grams dark chocolate chips

Preheat the oven to 180º. Prepare the muffin or cupcake liners.
In a large saucepan, melt the chopped dark chocolate together with the butter.
Remove from heat and let cool. Add the sugar and mix. Incorporate the eggs and beat again.
Finally, over the bowl, sift together all the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, and baking soda. Stir them well and add the milk. Add the chocolate chips and mix with a spatula until everything is well integrated.
Divide the batter into the liners, filling them 3/4 full. Bake for about 25 minutes.
Let cool on a wire rack.
