3 bananas, ripe
1 cup brown sugar
3/4 sticks unsalted butter
3 eggs
1 pinch salt
1 pinch baking soda
2 cups flour, sifted
cubes milk chocolate
walnuts, chopped to taste

With clean hands, mix the sugar and bananas until mashed. Add the room temperature butter and continue mixing.
Add the eggs to the mixture and stir now with a wooden spoon, add the chocolate and walnuts at this step to make it easier to mix all the ingredients.
Add a pinch of salt and baking soda, continue stirring and gradually add the 2 cups of flour (previously sifted) and mix with the previous mixture.
Spray a little oil on the 7 molds, and pour the mixture in, making sure to leave one centimeter below the edge of the molds.
Bake at 190 °C or 374 °F for 20 minutes.
