Banana Chocolate Walnut Muffins

Delicious, easy, and quick banana chocolate walnut muffins for any occasion.

  • 3 bananas, ripe
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 3/4 sticks unsalted butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch baking soda
  • 2 cups flour, sifted
  • cubes milk chocolate
  • walnuts, chopped to taste

  • With clean hands, mix the sugar and bananas until mashed. Add the room temperature butter and continue mixing.
  • Add the eggs to the mixture and stir now with a wooden spoon, add the chocolate and walnuts at this step to make it easier to mix all the ingredients.
  • Add a pinch of salt and baking soda, continue stirring and gradually add the 2 cups of flour (previously sifted) and mix with the previous mixture.
  • Spray a little oil on the 7 molds, and pour the mixture in, making sure to leave one centimeter below the edge of the molds.
  • Bake at 190 °C or 374 °F for 20 minutes.
