Blueberry Muffins

  • 1 cup N/A Yogurt griego endulzado Danone®
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cups olive oil
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 1/2 cups whole-wheat flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/2 cups raw sugar
  • 2 cups blueberries

  • In a bowl, mix the sweetened Danone® Greek yogurt, the egg, olive oil, and bananas until well combined. Then, add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and brown sugar, and mix lightly without overmixing.
  • Add the blueberries and gently combine with a couple of movements to avoid overmixing.
  • Spoon some of the batter into a muffin tin with liners and sprinkle a little brown sugar on top. Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.
