90 grams butter
125 grams sifted flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 eggs
80 grams sugar
1 ounce rum
80 grams raisins

Let the raisins soak in the shot glass of rum for a couple of hours before preparing the recipe.
Preheat the oven to 220ºC.
Grease and flour 8 muffin molds.
Melt the butter and wait for it to cool; meanwhile, beat the eggs with the sugar at high speed until they become a fluffy and smooth mixture.
Add the cooled butter and continue beating at high speed until fluffy.
Lower the speed to the minimum and add the flour along with the baking powder. Continue beating until everything is well integrated.
Add the raisins with the rum and mix well.
Pour the mixture into the muffin molds almost to the edge.
Lower the oven temperature to 200 degrees Celsius and bake the muffins for approximately 15 minutes. The baking time depends on the oven.
Once lightly golden, take them out of the oven and unmold.
