Tangerine Muffins

Our chef, Catalina De Palleja, presents her recipes. They all have in common that they are very easy to prepare and will give your little ones the opportunity to grow and develop healthy and happy.

  • 1 tangerine
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cups oil
  • 1 egg
  • drops liquid vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
Preparation

  • Wash the tangerine, cut it in half to remove the seeds, and place it in the blender with the peel.
  • Add the sugar, oil, egg, and vanilla.
  • Process until a cream forms.
  • Remove from the blender and add the flour and baking powder.
  • Mix well. Fill the cupcake liners to 2/3 full and bake in the oven at 170ºC for 15 to 20 minutes.
