Ingredients

3 portions
  • 1 tangerine
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cups oil
  • 1 egg
  • drops liquid vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda

Preparation

Wash the tangerine, cut it in the middle to remove the seeds and place it in the blender with the peel.
Add sugar, oil, egg and vanilla.
Process until a cream forms.
Remove from the blender and add the flour and baking powder.
Mix well. Fill the pirotines to 2/3 parts and bring to the oven at 170ºC for 15 or 20 minutes.

PRESENTATION

Decorate with cream to your liking add a touch of colors to attract the attention of children.

TIPS

Grated mandarin shell gives a special touch to the decoration.
