3/4 cups sugar
3 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoons salt
3/4 cups cow's milk
2 eggs
120 grams lard, melted
1 teaspoon liquid vanilla

Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Place all the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix.
Pour the other ingredients into another bowl and mix. Add this mixture to the first one.
Pour the mixture into muffin molds and bake for 25 min. Let cool.
