Ingredients

12 portions
  • 3 cups flour
  • 3/4 cups sugar
  • 3 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 3/4 cups milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 120 grams lard, melted
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Place all dry ingredients in a bowl and mix.
Pour the remaining ingredients into another bowl and mix. Add this mixture to the first one.
Pour the mixture into muffin molds and bake for 25 min. Let it cool.
