260 grams flour
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoons pepper
1 egg
220 milliliters cow's milk
30 grams butter
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
250 grams cheddar cheese
3 bunches spinach, in julienne
1 cup yogurt
3 chipotle chiles, pickled
1 tablespoon olive oil
Preparation

In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients except for the cheese and spinach, in another the wet ingredients.
Mix both contents very well.
Add the spinach and cheese, pour into the molds.
Bake for 25 minutes at 170°C.
