Spinach and Cheese Muffins

Original, delicious, and easy. Muffins that will save you when you have guests at home or if you are invited to a dinner or meal. They will be a nice touch.

  • 260 grams flour
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 220 milliliters cow's milk
  • 30 grams butter
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 250 grams cheddar cheese
  • 3 bunches spinach, in julienne
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 3 chipotle chiles, pickled
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients except for the cheese and spinach, in another the wet ingredients.
  • Mix both contents very well.
  • Add the spinach and cheese, pour into the molds.
  • Bake for 25 minutes at 170°C.
