  • 1/4 cups evaporated milk, reduced fat, for the white layer
  • 3 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, (7 g each), melted and hydrated, for the white layer
  • 1 cup Yoplait Griego® yoghurt without added sugar mango flavor, for the yellow layer
  • 1/4 cups evaporated milk, reduced fat, for the yellow layer
  • 3 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, (7 g each), melted and hydrated, for the yellow layer
  • 1 cup Yoplait® greek yogurt without added sugar strawberry flavor, for the pink layer
  • 1/4 cups evaporated milk, reduced fat, for the pink layer
  • 3 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, (7 g each), melted and hydrated, for the pink layer
  • 1 cup Yoplait® plain Greek yogurt with no added sugar, for the blue layer
  • 1/2 cups blueberries, for the blue layer
  • 1/4 cups evaporated milk, reduced fat, for the blue layer
  • 3 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, (7 g each), melted and hydrated, for the blue layer

  • Blend the Yoplait Greek® no added sugar coconut-flavored yogurt with evaporated milk and add the hydrated and melted gelatin in a thread-like form. Pour the mixture into a previously greased gelatin mold, filling it to ¼ of its capacity, and refrigerate until set.
  • Repeat the previous procedure with the rest of the ingredients to obtain the yellow, pink, and blue color layers, refrigerating between each layer.
  • Once the gelatin is set, unmold and decorate with mango, strawberry, blueberries, and coconut flakes.
