  • 1/2 cups butter
  • 2/3 cups sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons REXAL® baking powder
  • 1/4 cups milk
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon powder
  • 2 apples, without skin, diced
  • 1 cup walnuts, chopped and minced
  • 1/4 cups oats, toasted

  • Cream the butter and sugar with the whisk attachment of the mixer. Add the eggs one by one, the flour, REXAL® Baking Powder, milk, and ground cinnamon. Once combined, add the apples and mix until integrated.
