1 1/2 cups granola
90 grams unsalted butter , melted
190 grams cream cheese, at room temperature
1 cup mascarpone cheese
1/2 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
1/2 teaspoons orange zest
1 cup raspberries
1 cup blueberries
1/2 cups tangerine , in syrup
1/2 cups strawberry , without stems and disinfected
3 kiwis, in slices
1/4 cups apricot jam
3 tablespoons water, hot

For the base, in a food processor, grind the granola and mix it with the butter.
Pour into a tart mold and spread to form a base. Freeze for 10 minutes.
For the filling, beat the cream cheese with the mascarpone cheese, sugar, vanilla, and zest.
Pour the filling into the base and spread. Decorate with the fruits and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
In a bowl, mix the jam with water to lighten it. Brush the fruits with the jam and serve.
