No-Bake Cheese Tart

This delicious tart is extraordinarily tasty. It has a rich crust of granola and butter and is filled with cream cheese topped with seasonal fruits. Try it!

  • 1 1/2 cups granola
  • 90 grams butter, melted
  • 190 grams cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1/2 cups icing sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1/2 teaspoons orange zest
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cups mandarin orange, in syrup
  • 1/2 cups strawberries, without stems and disinfected
  • 3 kiwis, in slices
  • 1/4 cups apricot jam
  • 3 tablespoons water, hot

  • For the base, in a food processor, grind the granola and mix it with the butter.
  • Pour into a tart mold and spread to form a base. Freeze for 10 minutes.
  • For the filling, beat the cream cheese with the mascarpone cheese, sugar, vanilla, and zest.
  • Pour the filling into the base and spread. Decorate with the fruits and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
  • In a bowl, mix the jam with water to lighten it. Brush the fruits with the jam and serve.
