This delicious cheesecake recipe does not require baking in an oven, as it is frozen and is an excellent option to share with family. It turns out great decorated with raspberries and served with strawberry jam. This no-bake cheesecake will delight both kids and adults.

Grease the cake pan with butter.
For the cake crust, crush the Maria cookies until they are like powder; melt the butter in the microwave or in a pot and add the cookies. Add 2 tablespoons of sugar and mix until combined. Place the previous mixture into the cake pan, pressing to form the base, and freeze for 10 minutes.
For the filling, beat the cream cheese with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth; gradually add the condensed milk, lemon juice, vanilla, and gelatin until combined.
Pour the filling over the cookie base and flatten the surface with a spatula. Freeze for 2 hours.
Decorate with raspberries in a circle and refrigerate for half an hour.
Serve chilled.
