  • In a bowl, mix all the ingredients for the crepes until a smooth mixture forms.
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and make crepes until you achieve the desired number of crepes for the layers of the cake. Set aside.
  • In a bowl, whip the cream until it doubles in volume, add the cocoa and powdered sugar, and whip until you achieve a smooth mixture.
  • In a bowl, add the dark chocolate with the butter and the whipping cream, melt in a double boiler, and set aside.
  • On a tray, place one crepe as the base, spread a layer of chocolate whipped cream. Repeat until you form several layers. Place the crepe cake on a rack and a tray, cover with the chocolate ganache mixture and smooth it out. Refrigerate until the covering is cold, add the decorative truffles and dust the entire cake with cocoa until completely covered. Cut a slice, serve, and enjoy.
