1/2 cups butter, melted
1 cup condensed milk
2 cups sour cream
2 packages cream cheese, 380 g
3/4 cups milk, 200 ml
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons vanilla essence
4 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, hydrated, 28 g
whipped cream
OREO cookies, for decoration
chocolate, grated, for decoration

Separate the filling from the cookies. Reserve.
Place the cookies in a resealable bag and crush them with a rolling pin. Reserve the cookie crumbs.
Mix the cookie crumbs with the melted butter to form a base. Place the mixture in the cheesecake mold, pressing to compact.
Beat the condensed milk, cream cheese, milk, lemon juice, vanilla extract, and pour in the hydrated gelatin in a thin stream.
Pour the mixture into the mold and refrigerate for 3 hours or until set. Unmold and reserve.
Decorate with whipped cream, chopped cookies, and grated chocolate.
