No-Bake Oreo Cheesecake

  • 14 OREO cookies
  • 1/2 cups butter, melted
  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 2 packages cream cheese, 380 g
  • 3/4 cups milk, 200 ml
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla essence
  • 4 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, hydrated, 28 g

  • OREO cookies, for decoration
  • chocolate, grated, for decoration

  • Separate the filling from the cookies. Reserve.
  • Place the cookies in a resealable bag and crush them with a rolling pin. Reserve the cookie crumbs.
  • Mix the cookie crumbs with the melted butter to form a base. Place the mixture in the cheesecake mold, pressing to compact.
  • Beat the condensed milk, cream cheese, milk, lemon juice, vanilla extract, and pour in the hydrated gelatin in a thin stream.
  • Pour the mixture into the mold and refrigerate for 3 hours or until set. Unmold and reserve.
  • Decorate with whipped cream, chopped cookies, and grated chocolate.
