Ingredients

8 portions
  • 2 cups oreo cookie
  • 1/3 cups butter, melted
  • 3 packages cream cheese, (190g each)
  • 2 cups whipping cream
  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
  • 2 envelopes gelatin, 7g each, hydrated and melted
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 250 grams dark chocolate chip
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • to taste whipped cream, to decorate
  • to taste dark chocolate chip, to decorate
  • to taste white chocolate chip, to decorate

Preparation

With a spatula, remove the filling from the oreo cookies and set aside.
In a processor crush the cookies, reserve 1/3 cup, and add the melted butter to the rest.
In a round cake pan of 20cm (8 inch) in diameter, pour the previous preparation compact with a spoon compact to form a base. Refrigerate.
With a blender, add the cream cheese, the whipping cream, the condensed milk, the filling of the cookies you reserved, the lemon juice, the vanilla essence and whisk for 5 minutes, add the crushed biscuit you reserved and the unflavored gelatin, beat until integrating well. Pour into the cake pan and refrigerate until set.
For the ganache, in a saucepan heat the whipping cream, add the chocolate chips and move constantly until completely integrated, add the butter and reserve. Cool slightly.
Pour the ganache over the cheesecake, decorate with whipped cream, oreo cookies, and dark chocolate and white chocolate chips.

PRESENTATION

Garnish with whipped cream, oreo cookies and dark chocolate and white chocolate chips.

TIPS

We recommend using a springform cake pan to remove your cheesecake from the pan easily.

Excelente! Me quedó espectacular pero siento que la crema no me quedó compacta como en el video. Será que es mejor añadir la crema para batir ya montada o tiene algo que ver con la altura? Resido en Venezuela.
